Terms and Conditions 

- Users may only use software and applications that are pre-installed on the computers. 

- Take care when accessing sites which require personal information. Access to and use of the internet is at your own risk.

- Bright eyes is not responsible for damage to your equipment, or for any loss of data, or any damage or liability that may occur from use of the computers.

- You should always be considerate to other users and not make excessive noise or mistreat the equipment. Small bottles of water and drinks are permitted to be consumed at computers but no food.

- Please do not alter the computer settings, delete any files or install any software.

- We recommend that you save your documents/projects to cloud storage or external hard drives as all files are deleted from our workstations every 24 hours. 
You must not deliberately access any content that is sexually explicit, violent or that promotes terrorism.

- Workstations are available to those aged 16 and over. Children under 16 may only access the service when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or older.

Responsibilities 

- Users are responsible for reading and abiding by Bright eyes terms and conditions regarding computer use

- Users are responsible for the correct use and handling of all computer equipment and software

- Users agree that they will not utilise Bright eyes computers or internet access for illegal purpose, including violation of copyright or licensing laws.
